We believe that preschoolers learn through developmentally appropriate play. Our classrooms abound with multi-sensory activities that promote hands-on learning. We have an enormous array of resources. In varied crafts, art and cooking projects, we emphasize the process rather than the product, so that learning is fun and non-pressured. Finally, we strongly believe that children learn by exposure to all races, creeds, and economic levels.

It makes a child very proud when his/her parents help out at school. Periodically, teachers will have a sign-up sheet for parents who are needed to assist with various activities such as field trips, parties, etc. We would gratefully appreciate any assistance you can give us at those times. If you have a special talent you would like to share, such as playing a musical instrument, story telling, etc., please let us know. It is important for children to see their parents and teachers work together and that their parents are interested in their preschool experience.
